Mike Hanzuk — Mindset Mentort
Mike Hanzuk built his first business before most people know what they want to do with their lives. He built it big. And then he lost it — along with nearly everything else he thought he had built his identity on.
What came next didn't look like a comeback story. It looked like a rebuild from the inside out.
Mike didn't return to the same business. He didn't try to recreate the same life. He rebuilt something different — a new version of himself first, and then multiple businesses from that renewed foundation. And in the process, he discovered the mechanism that now drives everything he does: transformation starts internally. Change the conversation you're having with yourself, and everything downstream changes with it.
That mechanism became the work. Today Mike is an accredited Neuroscience Coach: through ICAHP, IPHM, and CMA, certified Prepare/Enrich relationship coach, certified business systems consultant — and a published author on communication and leadership. He works with business owners and leaders to identify the internal narratives driving their decisions and replace them with clarity, conviction, and Kingdom-level purpose. His work is grounded in neuroscience, anchored in faith, and built around one principle he has tested in his own life and watched repeat in every client he's served:
"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." — Romans 12:2
That isn't a verse Mike references to sound spiritual. It's the operating principle of everything he's built since the rebuild began.
Mike has since helped dozens of other leaders do the same work — rebuilding businesses, marriages, leadership, and legacy from a renewed foundation. The work isn't theoretical. It's a pattern he's lived, and it's the mechanism that carries every client through the same kind of shift.
MEET Amber- The steward of relational renewal
Amber Hanzuk — Co-Leader of The Covenant Chroniclest
Amber is Mike's wife, ministry partner, and the co-leader of The Covenant Chronicles — NMM's faith-based relationship coaching and mentorship initiative. She brings conviction, clarity, and a deep belief that covenant relationships are built, not found.
Amber is a certified Prepare/Enrich relationship coach and a certified teacher with back ground on therapy and managing complex needs cases . She works alongside Mike coaching couples and individuals through identity-level relationship work — helping them renew the internal conversations that shape every marriage, every parenting decision, and every connection in their lives.
Amber also supports the operational backbone of NMM, serving behind the scenes to keep the movement running with the same care and intention the work with clients demands.
Together, Mike and Amber are building something bigger than a coaching practice. They're building a movement rooted in communication renewal — one family, one leader, one covenant at a time.

We believe transformation is not a program you complete. It's a conversation you change.
We believe the internal conversation you're having with yourself is the root of every decision you make — in your business, your leadership, your marriage, and your walk of faith. Change that conversation and everything built on top of it changes with it.
We believe faith is structural, not decorative. Scripture anchors the framework here, not because it's a marketing angle, but because it's the operating system of the movement. Romans 12:2 is the mechanism. Ecclesiastes 4:12 is the structure. The Cord of Success™ — Foundation, Flow, Finesse — runs through all of it.
We believe results are not the point. Renewed identity is the point. Results follow identity. And the results built on renewed identity are the ones that last.
